  • Registration for both days August 8th & 9th - $400.00 for professional member, student member $350.00.

  • Includes lunches for both days, and annual meeting dinner. 

  • Saturday August 8, 2015 – single day registration $275.00 professional member; $250.00 student member.

  • Includes lunch at scientific program, and annual meeting dinner. 

  • Sunday August 9, 2015 – single day registration $175.00 professional member; $150.00 student member.

  • Includes lunch only.

  • Annual dinner guest $65.00, includes meal and drink (water, tea, coffee, soda). 

  • All meals include entrée and non-alcoholic beverages.
